Brian is originally from New Jersey but now splits his time between Salt Lake City, UT and Seattle. He has climbed and guided internationally for a number of years and been to 6,000m over 30+ times, working as a Lead Guide on Kilimanjaro, Aconcagua, Denali, and many other high summits. Brian started guiding in 2009, instructing 24-day Ski Mountaineering Courses and day rock climbing trips in Southeast Alaska, and he guides for us on Aconcagua, Elbrus, Nun Peak, and Pik Lenin and throughout the Northwest. In the summer he works as a Climbing Guide on Rainier, Baker, Adams, Shuksan, and many of the other peaks throughout Washington State. Brian works as a Ski Patroller for Snowbird in the winter, holds an AMGA Ski Guide certification and a Level III Avalanche certification, and has guided as a Ski Guide in the Wasatch.

When Brian is not guiding, he can be found looking for every patch of snow he can find to ski, climbing in the Utah desert, or planning trips to new destinations.
