Peak Performance Series

Accelerated. Smart. Real.

Modern expeditions for climbers who demand more from their time — and from themselves.

Benegas Brothers Expeditions

Peak Performance Ascent

At Benegas Brothers Expeditions, we believe that climbing the world’s great peaks shouldn’t mean disappearing for months from work, family, or recovery time.
You can climb efficiently, stay safe, and perform at your best — through strategic preparation, expert logistics, and mentorship from guides who have spent their lives mastering high-altitude expeditions.
Our Peak Performance Ascent Series is built for modern climbers who train hard, plan smart, and value meaningful time in the mountains.
We provide every participant with the tools, resources, and support needed to arrive ready — from at-home Hypoxico pre-acclimatization systems and personalized training plans to refined on-mountain logistics and IFMGA-certified leadership.
Grounded in over three decades of Himalayan and Andean experience, this approach merges scientific preparation, seamless travel, and small, cohesive teams to help you move fast — without rushing the process.
This isn’t a shortcut.
It’s evolution — a refined way to climb that honors the mountain, respects your time, and maximizes your performance.

Our Peak Performance Expeditions

Why Peak Performance Works with Benegas Brothers Expeditions

Experience You Can Trust

Over 30 years of leadership in the Himalayas and Andean leadership. Our guides have summited Everest 14 times, guided hundreds of high-altitude climbs, and know how to adapt when conditions demand it.

Preparation That Starts at Home.

Every climber receives a Hypoxico altitude-training system, shipped directly to their door, along with personal readiness guidance. You begin acclimatized, trained, and confident before you ever leave home.

Small Teams, Big Outcomes.

Teams are limited to 4–6 climbers to ensure safety, cohesion, and personal coaching — no crowding, no waiting, no compromise.

Smarter Logistics

From Las Cuevas acclimatization to helicopter transitions and premium lodges, our infrastructure minimizes downtime and maximizes your summit window.

Real Mentorship, Not Just Guiding

We see every expedition as a partnership. Whether you’re climbing Orizaba, Aconcagua, or Everest, our guides help you develop the skill, mindset, and confidence to keep progressing.

Our Philosophy

We call it Peak Performance because it represents the highest standard in efficient, modern expedition design — focused, refined, and deeply personal.

Arrive Ready

Performance begins at home. Each climber receives a Hypoxico altitude-training system, shipped directly to their door, to begin pre-acclimatization weeks before departure. Combined with personalized training and preparation resources, this ensures you start strong and ready to climb from day one.
Move Efficiently
Helicopter access, private transfers, and precision logistics minimize downtime and maximize readiness. Every transition — from arrival to summit — is designed for safety, comfort, and momentum.
Climb in Cohesive Teams
Small, focused teams build trust, enable faster decision-making, and deliver better performance on big mountains.
Maximize Your Time
Summit world-class peaks in less time away from home — without sacrificing acclimatization, safety, or experience.
This is not a shortcut.
It’s evolution — born from real mountain experience and designed for climbers who train hard, think ahead, and value every moment at altitude.

Your Peak Performance Progression

The Peak Performance Ascent Series is designed as a complete journey — from your first high-altitude climb to the world’s most extraordinary summit.
Each expedition builds on the last, combining progressive altitude exposure, skill development, and personalized readiness support.

Begin with Mexico’s Pico de Orizaba, the perfect introduction to high-altitude climbing and glacier technique in a focused, compact program.
Progress to Ecuador’s Cayambe and Cotopaxi to refine movement, pacing, and teamwork on larger peaks.

Advance to Ojos del Salado to experience true high altitude, then continue to Aconcagua for endurance, leadership, and decision-making at nearly 23,000 feet.
Finally, the journey culminates on Everest, where our Mera Peak pre-acclimatization and world-class logistics bring the ultimate goal within reach.

From your first summit to the top of the world, Benegas Brothers Expeditions provides every tool, resource, and mentor you need to climb smarter, stronger, and better prepared than ever before.

Human-Centered Guiding

At BBE, guiding extends beyond the summit. It's about lifelong relationships, teaching, and mentoring. Our clients are family, never just numbers.

Safety First, Always

From route decisions to gear checks to weather calls, our priority is making conservative, informed decisions that keep our teams healthy and safe. We maintain a low guide-to-client ratio (1:2 or better) and work with highly trained IFMGA- and AMGA-certified guides.

Respect for Place

We are deeply committed to environmental stewardship and local partnerships. Whether we’re cleaning trash on Aconcagua, supporting Sherpa communities in Nepal, or promoting Leave No Trace ethics, we honor the mountains and cultures we travel through.

Climber Education

Many of our trips are designed as field schools. Whether you’re training for Everest or taking your first steps on snow, we teach self-sufficiency, technical skills, and decision-making—because a confident climber is a safe climber.

Why Climb With Us?

This is the first item’s accordion body. It is shown by default, until the collapse plugin adds the appropriate classes that we use to style each element. These classes control the overall appearance, as well as the showing and hiding via CSS transitions. You can modify any of this with custom CSS or overriding our default variables. It’s also worth noting that just about any HTML can go within the .accordion-body, though the transition does limit overflow.
